IntroductionOur Intensive Yoga Teacher Training Certification Course (YTTC) or Advanced Teacher Training Certification Course (ATTC) is theoretically and experientially based. Trainees are advised to live a yogic lifestyle for the entire course and beyond and to experience all paths of yoga such as Raja Yoga, Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga and Jnana Yoga, leading to a complete embodiment of virtues, strength, balance, serenity, peace, joy, happiness, contentment and wisdom.
YogaStyleAsthanga Yoga is the primary focus of our yoga teacher training course influenced by the principles of Alignment of Anusara YogaIt has three levels.
The first level of practice is the foundation and it has a routine of fundamental postures linked with transition breath and sequences. (Primary Series).
The second level is the modification. (Mix Levels 1-2-3) Based in the first, second and third level of Asthanga Yoga. the students start to modifying the existing postures to more difficult or easier level.
The third level is the integration. Students start integrating the learned routines with personal practice. So the personal practice and teaching become meaningful pertinent to his or her understanding of the yoga. So there is no longer a form of Yoga but the true connection to yoga and self-understanding of the yoga. It becomes a spiritual practice for each student.

Yoga Certification for School Teachers RYT (100 Hours) 10 days.
This is a 100 hour Teacher Training for Yoga Instructors. Upon successful completion you will receive a certification from Yoga Inbound. Cost: $600
Teacher Training (150 Hours) RYT
This is a 150 hours Teacher Training for Yoga Instructors. Upon successful completion you will receive a certification from Yoga Inbound and become eligible to take the 50 hour course online from the School Yoga Institute and apply to Yoga Alliance for your RYT 200 registration. Cost: $900
Teacher Training (200 Hours) RYTThis is a 200 hour course. (150 hours will be given by Yoga Inbound and 50 hours will be completed through our online learning program given by School Yoga Institute) Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a Certification from Yoga Inbound and School Yoga Institute and can become eligible to register with Yoga Alliance for your RYT-200 registration. Cost: $1,200
Teacher Training (500 Hours) RYT
For teachers that have already completed a RYT-150 or equivalent training course with Yoga Inbound or another organization. Since the course in Peru is a 150 hour course, an additional 50 hours will be completed through our online learning program, before or after the course. In pre-course work you are asked to practice Asthanga Vinyasa and Yoga Inbound Mix Levels five times each, study ten lessons of Yoga Sutra, and ten lessons of Yoga anatomy/Physiology. You can access recorded lessons online through School Yoga's Online Material site once you sign up. In the post course, you will have the opportunity to write five reflections of integrating yoga into your life, one reflection on a spiritual book, and teach five yoga lessons and write reflections on each. Upon successful completion of the course, you can register with Yoga Alliance for your RYT-500 registration (once you meet their requirement of teaching at least 100 hours of classes). Cost: $1,400

Has been in the field of yoga from the age of 18 and has lived in asramas and monasteries in Peru, Chile, Argentina, USA and India. He has been practicing Bhakti Yoga and Mantra meditation for many years and is initiated in the traditions of the Indian Vedic Culture by his Divine masters S. Atda A. and S. Guru Maharaj.
Chaitanya is certify by " Its Yoga" USA and has taken classes with many teachers like Pattabhi Jois, Larry Schultz, Dharma Mitra, Reed Taylor,and John Friend.
He has studied Vedic Astrology and is certified in India by the "AIFAS" with the title of "Jyotish Sastracharya". Currently Chaitanya is the director of Yoga Inbound Cusco and Miami and has taught over 10 teacher trainings in the last five years.
Saranagati D.D.
Saranagati began studying Iyengar Yoga in 1992, she later studied Asthanga and then took many classes in Anusara, which has since become her favorite style. Together with her husband, Chaitanya, they ran the Yoga Inbound Studio of Miami before relocating to Cusco, Peru. She has taught Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Baby and Me Yoga in both Miami and Peru. Her practice and teaching has found a beautiful heart based expression, combining the strength of Asthanga, the concentration of Iyengar and the principals of Anusara.
Saranagati is also a Licensed Midwife in the US. She has led numerous courses in childbirth education, intuitive pregnancy, intuitive mothering and infant massage, in both Spanish and English. Most recently she founded Conscious Maternity International and has been working with women and clinics in Cusco, Peru. Her belief aligns with the idea that Peace on Earth Begins with Birth. Her conviction is that women who are well educated on the inner mechanisms of childbirth and are supported in an empowering way, enhance their experience of childbirth and motherhood exponentially.
